It took a while, but they have updated Stanza to work with IOS5 http://www.macworld.com/article/1635...tanza_app.html in spite of the pundits who claimed they would never do this. On the other hand, they seem to have waited just long enough for everyone to switch to something else, and since they say they're not going to continue supporting it, most probably won't switch back. -jc |

I am staying with iOS4 on my 3rd gen iPod until I have confidence that iOS5 won't break Stanza. Unfortunate that Amazon bought Lexcycle. I would have paid $5 without a wimper for a proper fix after each iOS update. Since Amazon has not integrated the Kindle format into Stanza, it's really obvious why they bought it. |
