Probably. But the encryption key is also on the iPhone somewhere
or derived from something on it. So, again, possible but probably
requires jailbreak.

Mmm A brand new phone already had the password to your Wi-Fi on it ?

.... after restoring from iTunes, yes. Same happens on iPad.
