just read about it.. need to hang on for a while
what exactly happened. any way it's not gud time

Yeah, but it still does damage.
Once the image of Jobs responding in that way enters the mind, it reshapes
outlying perceptions - regardless of any subsequent discreditation.

..... a bit like a prosecution lawyer presenting inadmissable evidence - it
matters little that the judge subsequently instructs the jury to disregard
it.

Can I ask, what is an "outlying perception"?
