Does anyone know how to correct this error in itunes?
After I updated to 10.5 I can't use itunes to connect to the store or
do backups. Rolling back to the previous version was the same.
I have checked everywhere and none of the suggestions seem to work.
I've re-installed about 10 times, ran virus and registry cleaners but
no effect.
Itunes support is useless for this error. It doesn'r seem that common
so I'm reaching out to the experts.
Any help is appreciated.

Try reinstalling QuickTime.
