When trying to sync with iTunes you will be informed that there is not enough storage and you will have to manually select items to sync. Some apps that save data might crash if they have not coded for this scenario. Should not stop the operation of the phone apart from apps that save data on the phone. -- Chris |

My first 4S was an 16G, and I ran out of storage pretty quickly. Couldn't fit my entire music library and my podcasts and my apps, so I had to go to manually selecting which ones to keep, and which to store on my iMac. And this left very little room for more pics and videos of the grandkids, not to mention more apps (finding and trying new apps is kind of a hobby, over a hundred now and counting). I didn't want to have to go through the process of going through my music and my podcasts every time I added to my collection to select which ones go to my iPhone and which don't, so I took it back and got a 32G model. Now I've got room to spare. 12G. Didn't want to have to spend the extra $100, but I'm glad I did. YMMV. |
