Default iPhone des Etats Unis à Montréal

Will my US iPhone (AT&T) work in Montréal, QC? If so, will it incur
high charges?

If it works in Montréal, will it work only in French?*

And what about my Verizon MiFi? Will it work in Montréal?

Merci!

If your profile with AT&T allows for roaming oustide of the USA, your
phone will work fine in Canada. This includes features such as data and
tethering.

Of course, unless you phone has been unlocked, you wont be able to buy a
local prepaid SIM card. So you will incurr very very high roaming
charges designed to extract all money from your bank account.

You may wish to call AT&T or roam through their web site to see if they
have special deals to reduce their roaming rates from astronomical down
to sky high. Sometimes, paying $25 for a roaming package may reduce
your roaming bill significantly.

Oh god yes. You have no idea. Think the GNP of a small country.

Don't think so.

RTFM replies are great, but please specify exactly which FM to R
Battlemage? That's not a profession. It barely qualifies as a hobby.
'Battlemage' is about impressive a title as 'Lord of the Dance'. <PAUSE>
I'm adding Lord of the Dance to my titles.
