Default Can't upgrade to IOS 5--error 3200

The upgrade keeps failing, with error 3200.

Naturally, the tech support page doesn't address what to do about error
3200.

Any ideas?

Chris

I successfully upgraded my iPhone, but haven't been able to upgrade the
iPad yet; after iTunes backs up the iPad, I get an "internal error" failure
notice, without any error number. I took the iPad to the Genius Bar; they
told me that the error was with their servers being overloaded, and there
was nothing wrong with my iPad. At my request, they ran a diagnostics on
the iPad, and it check out fine.

Did you upgrade from MobileMe to iCloud yet?

I'm considering moving to iOS5 on my iPhone and iPad, but will not be
moving to iCloud for a while since my macs will be running SL for a
while.

Apparently 10.6.9 will include iCloud, but it's just rumored at
the moment and obviously not out.

I don't want to lose the address and calendar syncing (and I'm
not looking forward to MobileMe going away and losing my online
photo galleries, either. From what I've read of photostream,
I'm not really interested in it.)

I'm sure they're being pounded. I updated iTunes to 10.5 this
morning and when I plugged in my iPhone, it downloaded (but I
did not yet install) iOS5.

Safari 5.1.1 just came in, too, a few minutes ago (though I
switched back to FF 7 a week ago or so anyway)

Yes, but that shouldn't matter.

It was part of the 10.7.2 upgrade, so I didn't have to upgrade it
separately.

I wasn't able to find the iPhoto upgrade in Software update, then I
remembered that I bought it through the Mac App Store, so that's where the
upgrade lie for me.

Had similar problem, but kept trying and it finally upgraded on the 7th try. The only thing that was screwed up was my
Contacts list, which had doubles and triples of the names and addresses'.
