Mad Scientist Jr

Can someone explain how to do bulk delete photos from the 3GS?
I have tried deleting from Windows Explorer, it doesn't give any
errors, the pictures just don't go away. I tried syncing photos in
iTunes, to an empty folder on my PC, it doesn't do anything.
Any help appreciated.

(I am using iOS 4.3.5 / iTunes 10.4.1.10 / Win XP Pro SP3.)

Photos>Camera Roll. Click the arrow in the upper right corner. Then tap
all the pictures you would like to delete and touch the red Delete
button at lower right.

Why are you still using iOs 4.3.5 and iTunes 10.4.1.10?
