End User Agreements are a joke. A great many will not hold up in
court. I recently had one pop up (won't swear to it but I believe it
was in order to continue using the app store or something similar)
that was 75 pages long. What court is going to uphold that a company
really has an expectation that a consumer will read that - especially
if its the only way they can continue to use a device they bought in
the way it was intended to be used?
