The iPad keyboard offers no up, down, pageup, etc.
But there is apparently either a bug or an undocumented feature recently introduced. Several times in the past couple of weeks (and never before that) I have been typing away, and suddenly the insertion point jumps from the end of the text to several lines higher up. -- Wes Groleau There are two types of people in the world … http://Ideas.Lang-Learn.us/barrett?itemid=1157 |

I type with eight fingers, and it's possible that I touched the screen at the edge of the keyboard, but certainly night several lines of text above that. -- Wes Groleau There are two types of people in the world … http://Ideas.Lang-Learn.us/barrett?itemid=1157 |

It is my belief that there are "multiple" iPad keyboards, depending on the
task at hand. Moving the insertion point, I have found, is best accomplished by using a finger. Regards Lawrence "Wes Groleau" wrote in message news:j8hfio$k59$4@dont-email.me...
