I came across his program in the app store as it was in the top charts for
a short time, but I can't remember the name of the app for he iPad.
This app let's you create your own iPad apps. Things like creating our own
game was possible.

If anyone knows of this program then please let me know the name of this
app.

That sounds like a programming language package. There are quite a few
of those.

You'll have to rack your memory a bit and try to be more specific.
Things like how long ago, and anything else that comes to mind.
