Are there differences in the content when you sync/backup with iTunes
(via USB or over WiFi) and iCloud?

It seems like iTunes backups all the data (apps, photoes, settings,
etc) while iCould only the settings and a sort of reference of the
apps installed, not including film, photoes, etc..

Is this correct?

I though iTunes and iCould managed the same data, only the way to
store changed..
