Default iPad2 keeps re-downloading iBooks app

This weekend my iPad2 wanted to download the iBooks app so I did. It
just did so again this morning

There haven't been any changes to the iBooks app so does a problem exist
with the storage?

I doubt this has anything to do with a problem with storage, no.

I just thought it might be the equivalent of a bad sector.
