First look iCloud October 2011 Internal Information

Summary
iCloud stores your content and wirelessly pushed it to your iPhone,
iPad, iPod touch, Mac and PC. iCloud is integrated with your apps so
everything happens automatically, It just works. iCloud is free for
customers with iOS 5 or OS X Lion.

System Requirements
iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad, iPod touch (3rd or 4th
generation) with iOS 5
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.2 or later and iTunes 10.5 or later
Windows PC with Windows 7 or Windows Vista and iTunes 10.5 or later
