From time to time when writing the program fails to wrap. When sent the
thing looks fine at the other end but it's really a distraction not being
able to see most of what you've written.

I've noticed the same thing; it usually seems to be mail from the same
person I've replied to at other times, so I've assumed it was something
aboutbthat person's email settings.
