Is there a way to make groups I contacts for the iPad? I have several
people I would like to send a single email to without having to enter each
name insividually.

I create the groups in my Mac's Address Book and then sync it with my
iPad.

There are some Apps which I have not tried such as "Mailer". Let us know
how you make out.

Found an app called MailShot. Downloaded the lite version....it's
free...and it works great. Don't understand why Apple didn't build groups
into the iPad mail app, but then there's always work arounds!

Jan, why are you adding a line with -- before all of your replies?

I never know where I'm supposed to start typing. When I go to " follow up"
the cursor is AFTER my name so that's where I started typing.

The -- line is supposed to separate your message (above the line) from your
signature (below the line). Most news clients will automatically remove
anything after the -- line when anyone replies to one of your posts.

Just to be clear, it's "-- ". The following space character is
important.

Just to be even more clear, it's "-- " (minus minus space) on a line by
itself.

A line starting with two minus signs and a space followed by more text
is not regarded as a signature prefix.
