Default best program to display pics on ipad 1

Now that I can transfer photos from my pc to the ipad 1 I would like to
get, purchase if needed, a program to show the photos.
These photos will make up my portfolio to take with me and show to possible
clients.
Thank you in advance.

It's built in. It's called "Photos" and has a picture of a daisy in its
icon.

what's missing in the built in photo display is a way of grouping photos
into folders. It would be nice to have a slide show on a certain group of
photos. If there is a way to do his then please let me know.

If the built-in Photos app doesn't meet your needs, please describe your
needs in more detail.

With a non-Mac, you probably don't have iPhoto, which I use to make folders
of lots besides photographs, but my daughter, who is non-Mac, just found an
app that lets her do that on her iPad2. I don't know its name, however.

Can you ask your daughter what the name of the app is. I'd like to get it as
well.

It's probably a good idea not to assume a feature is missing before you
know it's missing, eh? ; )

Why bother when you can already organize photos into albums with the
built-in Photos app?

The problem is not knowing what a app can do. There is no help for the
built in photo app. I guess that's they way technical writers sell books on
the iPad's features and how you find them. For example Apple does not tell
you how to close down a program running in the background. I had to read
about it in a technical book to know about it. I had a ton of apps running
in the background causing the iPad's performance to suffer.
