Hi, y'all!
The source for the Merlin IDE has been available for over two years at the Asimov site, according to the date stamp on "MER8.Src. 259.SHK". However, in this archive, there isn't any documentation about how the pieces fit together. Well, at least, I couldn't find it. This morning, I uploaded an image file to the Asimov site that contains all the source files needed to generate version 2.59, but no others, plus step by step instructions to assemble the four primary source files, to bind together the four generated object files and to compare the newly generated "MERLIN.SYSTEM" against the original. The URL for the image file is: ftp://public.asimov.net/pub/apple_II...in/VALIDATE.PO A "Thank You" to the site maintainer for making the file available so quickly. Willi |
