I have successfully submitted a scale down version of the book to
iBookstore! Previously all my attempts failed (Apple server said
"Import Error"), and only works after I removed all the videos from
the book.

I hope to do another iBook for Apple II community, if anybody knows
any good Apple II source we can used to create a book, would love to
do an interactive book for our community.
