That might be an issue if he were a management genius instead of an
imbecile. wait, come to think of it, he is a genius instead of an
imbecile. But it's still not an issue because he has put together a team
that can handle things very well once he leaves. He learned that lesson in
the 1980s.

It's a lesson that Bill Gates never learned, which is the reason "Monkey
Boy" is in charge of Microsoft.
